So under this law it would be illegal to build a Wilson Cloud Chamber as
a science fair project ?  What about possession of a Geiger tube ?
Heaven forbid owning a pocket Geiger counter or a carbon monoxide alarm.
Does this law cover smoke detectors too ? They are air quality
detectors.

More lawmakers with lots of time on their hands and nothing useful to
do. It's sickening. :(
