This was mentioned on BoingBoing a few months ago. It is a BAD law that
must not pass. Citizens and scientists must be free to detect problems
with their enviroment. There is no past issue with millions of people
cause widespread panic with false alarms. The law is meant to curtail
citizens rights and to give them to police for no gain for us.
