[nylug-talk] Any recommendations for request tracking/reporting?

Our shop currently uses Support Trio to track our users' requests and we 
need something better.

Among all the readers here, have you any experience with any such tools 
and make some recommendations?

Google searches provide many, many findings but according to their 
write-ups they're all great.  We all now they're not!
