I have this board and had the same problem when I built my system, I
willing to be you that your CPU isnt correctly inserted on the board.
It was a pain for me to get my Quad Core Duo on this board but try
reseeding the CPU a few times. I heard rumors about this board not
being compatible with some memory modules but I did not experience
this problem I'm using 8GB of GSKILL memory with this board.
