Just noticed FFox's print menu doesnt have this option. I just tried
the gooey point-n-grunt method involving firefox + cups-pdf and it
worked like a charm. Install cups-pdf, configure pdf printer to print
2 to a side, print to PDF in FFox. Works for me on a pretty basic
ubuntu gutsy system.
