ClamAV is a good piece of software, but last I remember, there was no 
realtime ClamAV implementation for Windows, which severely limits its 
usefulness on that platform.  The problem on a Windows box isn't that 
you might deliberately download something, and that something has a 
virus in it, it's that the bad stuff *is* going to run without anyone 
even being in front of the machine, and you need to catch it before it 
can do any harm.
