We need more information.  The chair I'm sitting on is one of those old scandinavian "back chairs" with a seat and a place to put your shins.  I can get a good night's sleep sitting on it.  Other folks need a desk chair with a spot that will hold a persian cat.  (I think I sleep better on the chair than the bed precisely because the cats don't have a spot).
