I have two identical FC5 boxes that do firewall/routing with heartbeat. They
each have a LSI 8344 SAS Raid controller and a 2.6.20 kernel. They only have
one drive (I know, doesn't exactly make sense to have one drive on raid, but
that's what I got ... )

Every couple of days, the megasas driver takes the disk offline. This
happens on both machines, even the one that's not active. I don't find a
pattern to it, don't see anything in the logs to indicate what's happening.
When it happens, I plug a monitor in and see messages from megasas saying
either that it's waiting for commands to complete or has taken the drive
offline.

Have you guys ever seen something like this? I don't find bug reports
related to the LSI and it's on Novell's certified list. I'm not even sure
how to troubleshoot it. Any advise or direction would be greatly
appreciated.
