Did you fsck the filesystem like the message says?

Mepis only allows 3 partitions and I put everything on 1 hard drive
except /home.
I'd have to reboot from the CD in order to fsck the thing.

But I was trying to figure out what that message was and perhaps try to trace
its origins.
