That guys allegories are leaky.

IP is neither connection nor connectionless oriented, it is a base layer.
TCP is connection oriented and UDP is connectionless oriented.

A more apt allegory would be the actors act (IP), they are neither a
protagonist nor
antagonist.  The script makes them so (TCP or UDP).

He makes arguments but coneniently leaves out facts.

Being that he has been programmed by microsufts programming his poor grasp
of the technology he claims to understand doesnt surprise me.

Just more brainwashing by the brainwashed who serves as proof that there is an
omnipotent being.  Because only by the grace of One could someone like
him have a
profitable business.
