   I don't blame her.  Many others did the same.

   At the time it happened in 2001 I thought that it would be incentive to 
create a reasonable security infrastructure.  In the long run maybe we will 
have achieved that.

   Sniffing on overseas communications with countries known to have terrorist 
networks is one thing; sniffing on all communications internal to the country 
is another.  Disallowing for any checking up on which it is via claiming it's 
all a secret is a problem that has a double-edge to it.
