Actually OS X Server has a mail server and shared calendars but its geared
towards Apple applications like iCal and Apple Mail not Windows.
Im thinking however that "Exchange compatibility" is not on his radar at
all, you either buy into using Apple clients and Apple servers or you
dont.

It would be awesome if they bring out a drop-in Exchange replacement but
