I don't get how it could be a function of crippled mapi. Mapi is mapi. Its a shitty outlook plugin, that's what it is. Works for our purposes but I'd never consider reccomending it to a client.

I would qualify what I said by saying the expense is not a problem if
these small businesses make a decent living (like law firms).
