Looking at the man page for dhclient.conf, it looks like you should be
able to override the name-server option that gets sent to your system,
eg. 
...
supercede domain-name-servers 4.2.2.2,4.2.2.3;

After finding this, it looks like it's a default in
/etc/dhcp3/dhclient.conf on ubuntu 8.4. It should be in a similar
location on a fedora install.
