Hi,
I am having an issue with my verizon-yahoo email account. And I was
unable to find any way to email yahoo email tech support. So I finally
found ONE email form that was used for 'feedback'. So I thought I'd use
this box to state my complaint/problem. So I hit the send button. But
the system they use parses the contents and ḱnows that I am sending a
complaint, so it tried to direct me to another help email form where you
get to choose various option boxes which dont define my issue and it
then offers you a 70 char. box to put your complaint. Bah! So I get an
idea. I back out to the feedback form and add random spaces in the works
to make 'error' into 'e rr or' and then submit my 'feedback'. Voila! my
feedback is not accepted. Boy. They make it hard to register a complain
or get help. Anyone know a way to get help with yahoo email?
