It cant beat the well known 4.2.2.2 for simplicity, but 209.48.2.11 is the Name
Space <http://name-space.net/> dns that includes over 500 non-restricted
TLDs.
If that seems like overkill it's probably due to being acclimated to
scarcity, the technical necessity of which I'll be charitable and say is
debatable. Also if you'd like to be able to visit or use the .blog
name-space, for example, you'll need this one.
