Actually here is Declean's piece on this issue. I have serious reservations
on his thinking and even more on the way the court case has been handled by
this women's lawyers, including the EFF.  I believe that the EFF is making
fundemental errors in its defense, which then hurts the public's education
on Copyrgith matters.
