IIRC a company can buy patents, so KFC can by a patent for c compiler
optimation, therefore you dont have to 'sell related products'. Funny
thing, today I went to the Software Freedom Law Center summit and no one
mentioned this? My guess is that we all saw it comming a mile away and
believe that all this will end like the SCO affair -- Gnu 1 - Trolls 0!
This seem just to be 'round 2' now that SCO has been decimated. And as
to why Novell and RH, what would you get from a FLOSS developer: pocket
lint and bad PR. What do you get from LINUX MEGA CORP: green paper!
