Glad you got it working.

If you don't mind spending a little bit of money, webhosting can be
gotten for as cheap as $5/month nowadays...works out to $60 a year. Even
for a personal site that gets very little non-critical traffic, I think
its better to use professional webhosting rather than relying on a home
connection.

(But then again, $60 is a lot of money, and it is your choice as to how
much you want to spend on this.)
