Gents;

Do any of you within your realms have a sample document that covers the 
non-transfer of information to be executed when an IT employee leaves to 
work for the competition?

I'm now worried about trade secrets but rather to document that no 
information, etc be removed.

Any ideas, sources, URL's, attached documents appreciated.
