Tonight, we will be discussing Python, and with Peter missing the next several meetings, we will probably be focusing on beginners and those seeking to learn Python.

Those wishing to help develop the new NYLUG web site in Django are also strongly encouraged to attend.

Notebook computers are very helpful to have, but aren't strictly necessary.

Beginners should download and/or print out a copy of Mark Pilgrim's free text, Dive Into Python, which can be obtained from http://diveintopython.com as HTML and PDF.
