This is usually an Opera issue: The nice folks at
Opera are standards fanatics; the banks use M$
development tools.

They have bean-counters and project leads who look
at M$ tools as being cheaper. Net result is that
the tools are used to generate M$-compatable web
sites, Java, and even internal server code. The
code performs poorly, but they keep using M$ becuase
"its there."

My fix was to switch banks and inform them as to why.
