It's true that our website's got juice in search engines, and now that
you mentioned it, I expect it might be the #1 answer I'm going to get.
(#2 I expect is going to be from the IRC channel)

If you don't mind my asking, where on the Internet do you and your
friends spend your time?  By "where", I mean things like IRC, Facebook,
MySpace, forums, Flickr, Podcast Alley, etc.  When I find a group, I
look for its mailing list.  I think the younger the person you ask, the
more likely that mailing lists are not the first thing they're looking for.
