Jay, I tried to buy a Windows PC for someone a few months ago, and was
unsuccessful in doing so, as I ended up in some endless loop of being
forwarded around within Dell, while they disagreed about what division
was entitled to the sale.  As it turned out, there was no sale.  So no
thanks to any invitations to call Dell.
