People are finally talking about the job postings, which is a good
thing.  If you just ask on the list, you get silence in return.  So I'm
happy to see some kind of discussion.

I don't have time to really respond to much right now as I've got a
client with a problem and a meeting to host in a few hours, but everyone
should keep on talking.
