Well, I have a friend in the sanitation department and he finds stuff
like that on almost a daily basis. Not just the stuff you're describing
but even newer and better stuff. And surprisingly, many of them work.
Some we cannibalize for parts, and some of the better ones we've fixed
up into perfectly good working machines.
