I used the wrong words there, it's not membership specifically, it's
public support, that your funding has to come from, and my recollection
is that funds outside that do more harm than good.
I should re-read that stuff myself before we get into this any further,
despite it resulting in a ream of notes and me having a royal headache
the last time. I'd like to leave it at this, I know that's just way
more aggravation we decided we don't need, and nothing's changed since.
