Usually your HVAC maintenance contractor does this. Usually, they put a
sticker with their name/phone number on the unit.
If you went two years without changing filters, your coils are dirty as
@#!@$ - that means your power consumption is much higher, and your units
may trip during high temperature. Also, belts need to be changed - and if
belt is loose, means the fan might not be running etc...
Basically, its not your (IT) job to deal with this, maintenance contract
is fairly cheap and should be done by people who do the "dirty" things.
