In Spain there is a website called trabajobasura.com (junkjobs.com) 
where you can see a list of consulting companies and people who were 
working for them. Consulting in Spain has nothing to do with consulting 
in the US. Wages are lower and what they actually do is staffing 
(subcontracting).
