What if we created a 'nylug-kooler' list for
non-linux/non-FOSS/generally OT discussions?  We have one for KPLUG
and it really seems to keep OT threads off the main list.  When a
thread starts to head OT, it gets re-directed by the poster.  This
way, you ladies can flame each other all day long and no one would
begrudge you that.
