You posted a link to a page where nearly the first thing that comes up
is an virulent political attack.  Did you not notice?  What I'm trying
to avoid is another flamewar on nylug-talk about politics.  I'm pretty
sure I'm not wrong when I say we had our lifetime quota on that the last
time.

I'm having a lot of trouble buying your total innocence of what you did.
 Nobody's asked you to unsubscribe, and nobody's suspended you.  If I
was out to get you, I would have suspended you when I read it (even that
wouldn't have meant I was out to get you, but certainly if I was, I
would have).

You seem to have forgotten how some people have been made to feel in
your wake, and the Ruben Safir I know needs a lot more than "political
garbage" to feel berated.

I'm sorry you threw gasoline around the room thinking it was confetti,
but I'm glad I saw it before a fire could break out.   Of course it
still might, but anyone who jumps on now can expect to get a suspension,
which again, you have not.

You can take it to nylug-social at nylug.org if you want, but you seem a
little thin-skinned today for the kind of response that you're likely to
get.
