Since we've got meeting dates through the end of 2007, this is as good a
time as any to send out a note about NYLUG.

We've been meeting since January 1999, first at IBM at the former IBM
Building, and since 2007, at Google at the old Port Authority
headquarters.  RSVP is highly recommended for our general meetings, but
there are no NDAs to sign to attend our meetings at Google (or anywhere
else).  You can RSVP for our June 20 meeting at http://rsvp.nylug.org

We operate the following mailing lists:

NYLUG-Announce: 1-way announcement list of things we think are of
                interest to our community.

NYLUG-Talk:     This list, primarily for the discussion of technical
                subjects.

NYLUG-Workshop: Discussion related to our Python et al workshop.
                (also the development work on our new Web site)

NYLUG-Social:   For discussion of just about everything.

NYLUG-Jobs:     Just the jobs posted at http://jobs.nylug.org
                (1-way list, from us to you)

volunteers:     NYLUG's volunteer discussion.  Want to help out?

lunch:          List of the NY Consultant's lunch group.  Consider
                this my promise to meet in June.

With the exception of August (2nd Tuesday), these are all the 2nd
Wednesday of the month.
