Using dashed lines is easier for me because I don't receive emails
from the list.  Otherwise I would spend more than half my day
reading, deleting, replying to nylug messages.
Putting in the greater than sign per line would be time consuming
to indicate a reply.  Hence I decided to go with a dashed line.

I will rethink how to indicate a reply more clearly and I am
open to suggestions.
