Sorry there is no reasonable logic in what you just wrote.

Do you seriously think that two hard drives because they are built on
a same day in the same place will fail also on the same day?
I think it is more likely two win twice in the lottery in the same
week with the same numbers.

Normally E-level SANs aren't one or two drives.

If you have a series of drives and all of them have come off the
same assembly line one after another.  Chances are
higher that if one of those drives fail the one that
came off the same assembly line right after or before it
will suffer from a similar failure.
