Actually you are completely right about the fat. To address this
issue, we generally carve off the blubber as soon as we have made the
kill. (We save this for later rendering into soap, wax or lard)
We then dress the bird, and then carve it up into manageable pieces.
We then cook the bird for a long time, using either a pressure cooker
or a large crock pot/dutch oven, using our fabulous goat curry recipe.

regarding our penguin procurement procedures. (We do have expenses, so
a modest fee will be charged for the information.)
