I must say that I went with Ace because I was told that their customer
service was great. The last time I had an outage, they curtly asked me to
reboot my router, etc... I explained that I'd already done that and asked if
they were sure there wasn't an outage. The guy was rude and dismissive and
insisted that I follow his procedure before he'd even check. I might as well
have been dealing with Verizon or Comcast ... same song/dance.
