   Yeah, that I can understand -- sometimes there's no good option and a 
quick-n-dirty hack is required.  I just hate it when those quick-n-dirty 
things either A) become permanent or B) become the expected norm.

   If you have lots of customers I'd expect...  oh who am I kidding.
