How important is it for the thing to stay up?
I work for a hospital. It's very important.
So we have multiple carriers, which wasn't easy,
because the data center is in a remote place
(and because I am not on the network design :-).
(It sounds like it's not so imporant to be worth
$$$.$$'s extra a month, but I thought I would mention the idea.)
Would getting DSL as a backup for cable be cheaper than
paying $$$ for SLAs that don't get you better wires?
If you happen to go with 2 carriers, they should not
be the same media (two DSLs :-).
TOWERSTREAM, Verizon, and TWC should be independent of each other....
