There's no difference between "home" computer and "small business" 
computer. Its the same exact computer, sold through different channels at 
occasionally different prices. Don't want to pay microsoft tax? buy 
through small business channel. Yes, you can do that as an individual. As 
a matter of fact, smallbiz prices are usually *cheaper* than "home" 
prices.
