Hello!
What about making the jobs site an opt-in one? If they want to post
their jobs stuff here, then they should have to enter the text in a
picture.

And that's an idea from those boobies at Yahoo.

As for banning one, let's start with Kforce, it seems that they are
sending out junk mail not actual job offers. Let's see if the next one
they send out, if they send one out is for real. I should also mention
the idea concerning double checking to see if the offers they present
are for real. Which would be one way of stifling the concerns of one
member who shall remain nameless.
