LOL, no it's not. But I'm glad you posted back here about what the
problem was. With your problem fixed, I want to underline the dangers
of using 3rd-party repos. Dotdeb was infamous for their PHP5
release.[1] When your distro is holding something back from you, it's
probably for a good reason. caveat emptor.[2] For those who don't
understand Latin, that means "Wait, you'll get it from your distro when
it's ready."

[1] As I believe Sunny has pointed out previously, this same thing
plagues RPM users who find it even easier to grab stuff guaranteed to
break their boxes in ways they've never imagined.
[2] Not all packages are created equal. Your distro (is supposed to)
holds its packagers to some kind of standards. Aside from standards
(like Debian Policy), you've got more than one distro using the same
kind of packages. DO NOT use that Mandrake package on your Fedora box.
It's not made for your box.
