OH! dotdeb.  The source of gnashing of teeth everywhere.   It's no
wonder you're having problems.  Get dotdeb out of your sources, never to
return.  The only time I hear about that repo is when someone's
discovered it and gotten into strange problems like the ones you're
having.  I wouldn't be surprised if purging everything you got from
there doesn't solve your problems.
