  Zut alors!  does this mean you're an FLOSS person??? ( as in Free
Libre Open Source Software )?

  UCITA is a set of trade laws that were designed to be enacted at the
state level.  It includes a number of ridiculous provisions designed
to move liabilities and costs onto the consumer.  Will the software
industry at large benefit from these provisions?  probably not.  The
momentum of UCITA has, as was mentioned by Kevin Mark, acquiesced in
recent years.  Today it stands as a testament to how grossly
disproportionate the powers of large software industry groups have
become.
