   my theory is that it is because there is a lot more space and
'elbow' room here.  I grew up in NY and I prefer living in Phoenix.
With the cost of living being what it is in NY, how can you not be
sarcastic?

   I've noticed there are a couple of AZ'ers who post here... also
noticed mention of PLUG on LILUG list as 'one of the most active in
the world'.
