   Well some people forget to use the <sarcasm> tag... as there is no
way for me to know on a news list when someone is kidding and when
they're not.  If Ruben is an activist about UCITA related things, good
for him.  Obviously there are plenty of people who are still unaware
of UCITA.  Apparently Cory Doctorow didn't feel it was necessary to
even give mention of UCITA, and that is why I added it.

   People in Arizona are in general much less sarcastic than New Yorkers :) .
