I have openwrt running on a hardware rev 2 wrt54g.

The wrt54g is really hackable, but get an older revision off ebay because the new ones don't work so well.

Check the openwrt website, they have the dl on each hardware rev and its compatability.

I want to do the SD memory card mod to mine and install asterisk pbx.. As ron said... When I get around to it. ha ha.

The one you want now is the 54GL or the 54GLS.  The "L" stands for
Linux.  I've bought a few of them in the store at J&R now, I don't
believe Staples stocks them though, since I never see them in there.

As soon as I get around to it (HA HA), I'm planning on looking at OpenWRT.
