   Perhaps they just recently added these two DNSRBL lists to the mail 
server's configs.  That's not terribly surprising, as mail server configs 
need tweaking relatively often.

   Something else that's mildly interesting: the MX record for 
lists.debian.org points to a name that has an IP address in Germany.
