There's a reason why companies do not usually allow access from
non-customers to phone support - because of clueless people who waste
time.
While I could probably put you in touch with yahoo mail ops guys,
something tells me you have not exhausted online resources to solve your
own problem:
For example, google for 'postmaster yahoo' brings up not only email
contact postmaster at yahoo.com but also
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/abuse/index.html
which links to:
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/abuse/abuse-57.html
If you try to provide more details of error messages on-list, I'm sure
someone will point out why yahoo doesn't like you.
