OpenVPN doesn't have any more features (other than ease of setup - there 
is no multivendor compatibility to worry about because there's only one 
vendor) vs IPSEC.

That is very true. I shouldn't be so harsh on the Linux solutions. Right 
tool for the right job. There could be situations where openvpn is the 
most appropriate solution. However, I don't think this is one.
