Looking for Linux Systems Administrator with excellent troubleshooting

Must have experience working in an environment with 100 + linux servers.

We are a Linux shop and there is no Solaris environment.

The candidate MUST be a hands-on, experienced Linux Admin with WebLogic 
knowledge.

The job description could be something like this:
Position: Senior Linux SysAdmin With WebLogic Knowledge (A MUST)

Role & Responsibilities:
1) Overall system architecture design and deployment;
2) Intel-hardware based Linux server installation, deployment, and upgrade;
3) Load balancing, security, network storage solutions;
4) Perl scripting and other daily maintenance;
5) on-call duties

Job Qualifications:
1) Excellent knowledge of server hardware (Intel PC style platform).
2) Minimum 3+ years hands-on Linux (Redhat preferred AS 2.1 & AS 3.0) 
experience including system setup, configuration, and administration.
3) Good knowledge on load balancing and network storage solution.
4) High level of expertise with web server and Oracle databases 
(especially in RAC environments).
5) Some level of expertise with Shell script, Perl or C, and Windows OS.
6) Ability to write Linux scripts.
7) Outstanding problem-solving skills.
8) Responsible, proactive and hardworking team player.
9) Minimum 2+ years hands-on BEA's WebLogic Application Server.
10) Minimum 3+ years hands-on EMC's Storage Devices
